Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY 

Note that signature might be required on delivery for all our packages. Use an address where you or someone known to you can sign for your package.

Endeavor to check our size chart to be sure you are ordering the right size. If you are not sure of your size get a measuring tape with inches, measure your Bust, Waist and Hip and check with our size chart.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within ONE hour of submitting the order to receive a full refund. Any order that needs to be cancelled after an hour will be issued store credit only. If your order has shipped within an hour we will only offer store credit when we get the shipment back.

Returns

We have a 7day return for exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or store credit. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We do not offer return labels, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free of make up stain, perfume, deodorant and in its original packaging. Any return with one of these condition will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 24hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include pictures and a short video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like preorder item (such as special orders or personalized items and gift cards) 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on DISCOUNTED/SALE/CLEARANCE items . Orders purchased with Free Shipping will not be exchange with Free shipping, customer will pay for exchange shipping. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The process is the same as stated above

In addition, local and International returns are at the customer’s own expense.

Delivery costs are non-refundable. Inform your shipping courier that the item is a return merchandise. Kindly check with your chosen courier to ensure that custom duties will not be charged on the returned goods. If you omit this process and custom fee is charge you will be responsible for the custom duties and we would not be able to process your return.
