SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CARRIERS ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING LONGER THAN NORMAL DELIVERY TIME

 ALL SHIPMENT COMES WITH FULL TRACKING

 

Processing Time:

Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 2-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays in Canada. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order is shipped. All orders are shipped from Canada. 

After the confirmation of your payment and processing of your order check for shipping confirmation email for your shipment tracking information. 

Insured Shipping: We highly recommend that you choose this option of shipping at checkout. This will enable a claim in case your order got missing or not delivered. We would not take responsibility for an uninsured shipment.

Domestic Shipping: 5-12 business days, Standard Shipping

United States: 6-12 business days , Standard Shipping

International Shipping :7-20 business days depending on the country. International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At checkout your total shipping will be shown depending on the weight of your order.

PRE-ORDER items have longer processing time, Usually around 12-20 business days with some variations at times.

Please note that this might be longer during holidays and sales period.

Rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

Signature Delivery:

Our carrier might request signature for the delivery of your shipment if your delivery is not insured. Please ensure that you or someone appointed by you will be available to receive your shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we do not provide return shipping labels.

Customs Charges:

Please note that some countries may impose duties and taxes on shipments crossing international borders. The fees vary between countries and we have no control of them. Customers will be responsible for those charges.

Order not delivered:

We aim at delivering orders within the estimated time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs clearance of the destination country.

We will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend insured shipping.

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days use your tracking number to track your order.

Defective/Missing/Wrong/Damaged item

If you received a defective/missing/wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at support@ellamona.com

We ensure that all items are packaged properly to avoid damages during shipment.

Refused deliveries & Undeliverable addresses

Refused deliveries by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" or "incomplete" address will incur a handling fee.
